The annual service is a legal obligation, and it is also the moment a worn part gets spotted before it fails on the coldest night of the year.
What is included
- Cleaning of the body, burner and condensate trap
- Combustion and safety checks
- Flue gas and carbon monoxide measurement
- Pressure and expansion vessel check
- Service certificate for your insurer
Good to know
Book it in September or October: in December every plumber in town is out on breakdowns and the service slots are gone. The certificate is what your insurer asks for after an incident, keep it.
If a part is worn we tell you at the time, with a price, and you decide. Nothing is replaced without your go-ahead.
Call-out request
Tell us where the water is.
We call you back to set a time. A photo of the leak or of the pipework, sent by text, is often enough to price the job without a visit.
