They called us ankle-deep in water
Sunday, 11 pm, water was coming under the bathroom door. On the phone they told me which valve to close, and the plumber was here forty minutes later.
The kitchen ceiling had been dripping for a week and nobody could say why. They found the leak in the flat upstairs without drilling a single wall, and wrote the report for both insurers.
