Emergency leak repair
Burst pipe, dripping ceiling or flooded floor, we locate the leak and stop it, day or night.
A leak rarely waits for office hours. We locate it without breaking half a wall, stop it, and tell you straight away whether a repair is enough or the section needs replacing.
What is included
- Leak detection, including inside walls and under screed
- Immediate containment and water shut-off
- Repair or replacement of the faulty section
- Pressure test before we leave, so you know it holds
- A written report for your insurer
Good to know
Turn off the stopcock before we arrive and take a photo of the affected area, it saves time and often money. If the leak comes from a neighbouring flat, we write down what we find: that document is what settles the claim.
Night, weekend and bank holiday call-outs carry a supplement, announced on the phone before we set off. Never discovered on the invoice.

We call you back to set a time. A photo of the leak or of the pipework, sent by text, is often enough to price the job without a visit.
